One-Time Emergency Rental Assistance
To request one-time emergency rental assistance, you will need to provide information that will be kept on file with First Presbyterian Church of Richardson. We will review your request and get back to you within 1-3 days.
Please follow these instructions to submit your request:
- Click here to complete the online assistance form. Please read through each question and provide us with as much information as you are comfortable/able to.
- Send a photo or copy of your state-issued photo ID and the lease or housing agreement or utility bill you are requesting assistance with to marilyn@fpcrichardson.org. Be sure to include your full name and a valid phone number and/or email address so we can contact you. If we do not receive these documents and contact information, we will be unable to consider your application.
PLEASE NOTE:
- We only offer assistance one time per family. If you have previously received assistance from First Presbyterian Church of Richardson, you are not eligible to receive further assistance.
- You must live within Richardson ISD in order to qualify for assistance. The following Zip Codes are eligible: 75041, 75042, 75044, 75080, 75081, 75082, 75230, 75231, 75238, 75240, 75243, 75248, 75251, 75252, 75254
- Our finance office is open Monday-Wednesday. Requests made after end of day on Wednesday will not be fulfilled until the following week.
- Rental assistance will be issued in the form of a business check made out to your place of residence.
Please confirm with your apartment complex that they will accept a business check from a church before completing your application.
